Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA)

New Head Office Main Lobby, 2025

Upon the completion of the TRCA's new, state-of-the-art head office and administration centre, I was commissioned to provide the graphic design for a permanent orientation exhibition in the main lobby.

The exhibition is an introduction to the mission of the TRCA, and showcases many of the notable and iconic ecosystems under the origanization's purvue. The exhibit also highlights many of the architectural features that contribute to the building's LEED 4.1 Platinum status.

Illustration is featured heavily throughout the display, celebrating the amazing diversity of flora and fauna found throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The colour scheme is inspired directly from the city's vast and remarkable system of ravines.

MARKHAM MOVES

Markham Museum, 2019-2023

7000 square foot exhibition about transportation technology and the science of movement.

I was the sole designer on a small development team with the objective of creating an accessible and engaging experience for museum visitors.

A key design goal was to animate the open gallery space using scale, colour, and illustration. The palette was an expansion of primary colours, applied to a racing flag, and a series of repeating transportation icons throughout the space.

My role included all exhibit text writing, panel and label layout, illustration, wayfinding, information design, gallery floorplan, and interactive module design.
